Some of you are doing fine and some are struggling. Don’t quit, just take a day off and have a good talk with yourself and get back on tomorrow. One day of falling off a diet doesn’t mean you are doomed.
Remember how hard it is to find clothes that actually fit you and make you look oh so good. Remember how it feels when you can’t tie your shoes. Those little things like trying to squeeze through the isle in a movie. God how I hated that. It’s the little things that happen every day. They just add up to us being miserable most of the time.
One of the things YOU MUST DO is get rid of your fat clothes. I mean this!!! I used to save them just in case. Well, guess what. Just in case was just around the corner. This time I gave them away or threw them out depending on how good they were. I would buy 2 new outfits, one the right size I am at present and 1 outfit that was just a little too tight. I usually bought them at Kmart or Wally’s. I couldn’t see spending a lot of money when I knew I would be down a size before long. This attitude also helps to keep you on track. Sure enough, I would lose more weight.
I remember thinking I should look in the mirror and take a good look at myself. Well I could never do that. I took a picture instead. I put it on the refrigerator where I KNEW I WOULD SEE IT every day and every time I opened the refrigerator. Add updated pictures as you lose weight.

Losing Weight! You Need to Pick Your Time
This is hard for me to explain, but I will give it a try. You will not lose weight until you are determined. I know I tried a lot of diets but nothing worked mostly because I was not dedicated to it. I would start every day for a week or two. Each time I told myself I messed up today but I will start tomorrow. If your in this phase, you won’t be able to do it. It took me 3 weeks to find the right time to start. So, don’t be in a big hurry. This is for the rest of your life. People ask me how did you do it? Actually it was easy once I made up my mind. Really committing to losing weight makes it easier.
Wait till your on that down side and feeling miserable. Look at yourself, what do I want to do with my life? Is this the way I want to live? How can I change things? We’ve all been there! This is the time to take stock of yourself and figure out just what is it that makes you want to lose weight. It doesn’t work if someone else thinks you should. Only you are going to do it. Only you will be responsible for it. If you don’t have the drive and determination you will not succeed.
There is no quick fix. It is dieting and exercise. You can remain heavy and be happy or lose weight and be happy. You have to figure out what is im-portant to you.
I lost weight because I did not want to end up in a wheel chair or worry about someone else having to take care me. I was over 300 pounds and in pain because my feet hurt so bad I could only walk about 20 feet. My knees were hurting and I was getting arthritis. In the summer I was totally miserable with sweating and not being able to go swimming or even wear shorts. I was ashamed for anyone to see my legs as they were very heavy. Going any place that I had to dress up for was such a stressful thing to do. Putting on pantyhose was real torture. There’s also the health problem. Diabetes is a very real possibility when you are over weight. Personal hygiene becomes a problem. So many little things. I hope you decide it is worth it and wait for that time that will make you determined.

Determination, That's The Key To Success
Losing weight isn’t just about you. Sure you will feel better, maybe look better but I find it made me respect myself. It gave back my self confidence. If your married and or have kids, they also see you working to better yourself. So many husbands have watched you struggle and lose the fight. It demeans you. You feel like a loser. Next time you try, they just write you off. If you listen to others and what they are saying you will never lose that weight. You must make up your mind that for the near future your job is to lose weight. No matter what else life deals out to you, you are going to lose this weight. . That said. GO FOR IT! What have you to lose?

Secret Tips for Effective Weight Loss and Fitness Workout
For years I have had a weight problem. Trying everything that caught my attention to lose weight. I had success with Weight Watchers to the tune of 67 pounds lost, but as so many do, I gained it all back. With TOPS there was also some weight loss, but again it came back, and then some. Every so often I would gather my courage to try again. Still no deal. After 12 years of gaining and losing, and each time finding the pounds easier to gain and harder to lose, the yoyo effect finally caught up with me.
At 298 lbs, with my feet in great pain, I ended up on an electric cart. I could no longer support my weight and could not shop or go anywhere that required walking any distance. This was the lowest point of my life. I could not live this way any longer. In my desperation I even watched Oprah when topics like stomach stapling were discussed. I remember thinking that was pretty stupid since anyone could shrink their stomach if they really wanted to. I needed a program I could stick to, while at the same time not depriving myself of the foods I liked to eat. I know this sounds unrealistic, but that shows where my head was at. I wanted my cake and eat it, too. After thinking it over I decided to try and shrink my stomach on my own and go from there.
After a week of eating next to nothing I decided I had to find another way. Starvation was not where I had intended to go. So I began eating what I wanted, but only in ½ cup portions every two hours. This worked very well since that hungry feeling went away and I could eat anything. After 3 weeks of losing about 2-3 pounds a week, I was willing to do that indefinitely. It’s been 2 years now and I have lost 127 pounds!
After losing about 80 pounds I found the weight loss had begun to slow down. I was still dedicated but then I could actually see some benefits. Like a whole new wardrobe that I looked great in. And new found self-confidence. At this point I adjusted my plan by eating three meals a day. With breakfast as the largest meal, followed by a small lunch and then just snacking in the evening on anything but fatty foods. By doing this I held my weight for 6 months. I stopped trying to lose weight steadily and changed to losing 20 lbs each spring. I could not exercise because of my feet and knees, but I was able to begin a walking routine of 2 miles a day, 5 days a week which has continued to this day.
Understand that only true dedication to losing weight will work and I had to make a life changing decision to become that dedicated. But losing the weight was not enough. I needed a system that would help me keep the weight off permanently and give me more energy. That’s when I found the Five Tibetan Rites. Skeptical and unsure if this would work, I gathered my courage, had a talk with myself and began the program that would change my life.
Click Here! to check it out.
Although this may not work for everyone it has changed my life. I have more energy than ever and have kept the weight off. And my knees and feet don’t hurt anymore! The most important thing to remember when it comes to losing weight is that you really have to become dedicated and want to. The most important thing to help you keep the weight off is to follow a program like the Five Tibetan Rites. If you follow these tips you can’t lose. Or maybe you can, if you know what I mean.
